A former Orleans County Pastor who is serving time in jail on two counts of sex abuse against children could be facing more charges in Pennsylvania.
According to Pennsylvania State Police a victim has come forward, accusing 72 year-old Roy Harriger of performing sex acts on her when she was just eight. The victim also says Harriger forced her to perform sex acts on a 5 year-old boy while he watched. There are other allegations.
"I'm glad this is going to Pennsylvania," said his son George Harriger. "I hope that this will let other victims come forward and know that they'll be brought to justice."
Harriger is serving a 15 year sentence for the sex crimes he's convicted of. His son says he wants his dad locked up for the rest of his life.
"The reason even Pennsylvania is following up with this is because they (the victim) doesn't feel he got the time for the crime," said Harriger.
According to the younger Harriger, there are 17 people who have signed sworn statements alleging Harriger abused them as children.
Harriger has denied all claims. He was formally charged with the new crimes on Tuesday. There's no word on a new court date.
