The former Town of Lancaster Supervisor Robert Giza has died.
According to the Buffalo News, Giza died Tuesday at home. Family members were by his side.
Giza served as town supervisor from 1996 until 2011.
He was 79 years old.
The Buffalo News reports a mass of Christian burial is set for Saturday morning at St. Mary's Church in Lancaster.
