Former Lackawanna lawmaker faces jail time

Lackawanna, N.Y. (WKBW) - Lackawanna 3rd Ward councilman, William Leonard, has resigned from his position after pleading guilty to one count of official misconduct.

Leonard was living in West Seneca while serving as Lackawanna councilman.

He faces one year in jail. Leonard is scheduled to be sentenced on January 16, 2019.
