A former Erie County Medical Center nurse is headed to jail.
Jordan Donalson pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a patient, last year.
Prosecutors say the patient couldn't give consent because of her condition.
A judge sentenced Donalson to 1 year behind bars. He also issued a 6-year order of protection for the victim.
