A former soccer coach accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl inside a church is due in court Thursday.
Caleb Sexton is charged with criminal sexual act, sexual abuse, and endangering the welfare of child.
Police say the 27-year-old met his alleged victim at Hedstrom Memorial Baptist Church last year. The alleged victim eventually told her mother, who later reported it to police.
Sexton was a volunteer coach at the West Seneca Christian School, but he was released after school officials learned of his arrest.
