A man in Fredonia was arrested for allegedly having fireworks and cocaine.
Fredonia Police say officers responded to the sound of fireworks and found Brian Santiago Montanez leaving a bag containing several different types of fireworks, and another bag with several smaller bags of suspected cocaine, on the ground.
Police also say Montanez had a large quantity of cash when arrested.
Fredonia Police say further investigation showed Montanez is currently on parole for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
