Volunteer firefighters in Cheektowaga battled a house fire overnight Monday.
The fire broke out just after 1 a.m. at 43 Hoerner Avenue.
Rescue Hose Fire Company Chief John Tryjankowski told 7 Eyewitness News that the bulk of the fire was found in the attic of the occupied home.
It took about an hour to bring the fire under control.
No one was hurt during the fire.
The cause of the fire will be investigated by the Cheektowaga Police. Damages were not immediately available.
