Chautauqua County Fire Investigation Team says the defendant in a fire case from October may actually be responsible for two separate fires in her own home.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says the investigation found Lacie Mockus was the only person in her house at the time. Both fires were determined to have been purposefully started.

Mockus was arrested for reckless endangerment for recklessly engaging in conduct that created a risk of serious physical injury to first responders and neighboring families.

Mockus will appear in court at a later date.
