The lofts were specifically designed for working families, including residents working in Downtown Buffalo or employed at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.

Tenants have the choice of a one or two bedroom unit. Rent ranging from $500 to $800 a month. Parking is gated with security.

“I’m just so proud because it’s a quality project,” Rasheed Wyatt, University District Common Council Member said.
Wyatt said this is something his community has been longing for.

“Especially in the University District where housing is at a all time low in some cases, quality housing and it’s going to be a huge lift for people who are looking for affordable housing in a great neighbor,” Wyatt said.

Neighbors said with the lofts being close to University at Buffalo South Campus and the medical campus it will help bring new opportunities to their community.

This project was part of Governor Cuomo’s Buffalo Billion Initiative.
