The Niagara County Sheriff's Office arrested a man for physically hurting his infant son.
Deputies say Eric Fehr, 29, caused physical injury to the baby on two separate occasions.
Fehr's bail was set at $10,000, according to officials.
The Sheriff's Office says he was arraigned in Lockport Town Court and charged with two counts of assault. He was given a return court day of October 20.
