Police have released the name of the man who died in a crash on Route 400 in East Aurora over the weekend. 52-year-old Jeffrey Mogg of Franlinville died when his car crashed on Route 400 southbound near Maple Road around 3:20 Saturday afternoon.
Police say Mogg was driving a 1920s custom open buggy when he lost control, hit a guardrail, and was ejected from the vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
