A 23-year-old woman is accused of stabbing her older brother to death Sunday night in Jamestown.
Police were called to an apartment on Lakeview Avenue around 8:45 p.m. Officers say when they arrived, they found 36-year-old Dale Redeye dead in an upstairs apartment.
Investigators took his sister, Barbara Redeye, into custody and have charged her with second degree murder. She is being held in the county jail without a bond.
Reportedly a prior altercation led to this deadly stabbing. But police won't release any other details surrounding the case.
According to police, both the victim and suspect were living together in the apartment.
This is the second homicide of the year for Jamestown.
