James Howard was sentenced to 25 yrs in jail with 5 yrs post-release supervision for his role in the brutal stabbing death of 44-year old Daniel Sparks last year.
Police say Sparks had been stabbed 27 times.
His body was found near 22nd Street in Niagara Falls.
Howard's conspirator, Carl Hosmer, is sentenced tomorrow morning.
