31-year-old Nicholas Mallory, of Niagara Falls, has pleaded guilty to a charge of Grand Larceny in the Second Degree, according to the District Attorney's Office.
Mallory stole approximately $70,000 worth of brass parts from his employer, Sherex Fastening Solutions between July 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016.
It's reported he sold the metal for cash.
He faces up to 15 years in jail when he is sentenced on November 29 at 9:30 a.m.
