Facebook makes it easier for users to change their privacy settings

Posted

Social media giant Facebook announced changes to its platform that it says will make it easier for users to change their privacy settings.

Facebook says that it redesigned its settings menu on mobile devices. The social media platform says these changes will make it easier for users to find out what info can and can't be shared with apps, and let the user revoke an app's ability to use your data.

Facebook has also added new privacy shortcut menus that it says is easier to find. From these new shortcuts, users can make their account more secure and control who can see the information you post and personal information others see.
