GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WKBW) — Carol Horrigan has been teaching music on Grand Island for 35 years.
This was her last before retirement, and it was cut short due to COVID-19.
Earlier this week, her fifth grade choir surprised her by showing up to her house so she could perform her final concert!
