Starting Tuesday, changes will be coming to New York's "Move Over" law.
Currently, you're required to change lanes or slow down when approaching parked or stopped emergency vehicles with its lights flashing,
Now, the law is expanding to cover garbage and recycling vehicles as well
The expansion comes after a garbage collectors was hit and killed downstate last year.
