Erie County officials detail dog fighting ring arrest

ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. (WKBW) - An arrest has been made in a local dog fighting ring, according to Erie County District Attorney and SPCA.

The D.A.'s office has confirmed Joshua Mack as the suspect charged and arraigned with several felony and misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty.

Three of Mack's eight dogs were involved in the dog fighting ring, county officials say. The SCPA found seven dogs --six were pitbull terriers-- and one puppy with various degrees of injuries and scarring at his home.
