An Elma woman was arrested by Genesee County police after she was pulled over for drunk driving. At the time, she had a five-year-old child with her in the car.
46-year-old Stacy Mancuso was pulled over on Pratt Road in Batavia. Deputies say she failed a field sobriety test.
She has been charged with felony D.W.I. under Leandra's Law along with other traffic violations.
