The Erie County District Attorney's office announced that 34-year-old Charles Ernst of East Aurora has been sentenced by Erie County Court to 20 years in prison.
In June, Ernst pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal sex act in the first degree.
The defendant admitted to perpetrating oral sexual conducton a six-year-old child.
Ernst will have to register as a sex offender upon release.
