A man from East Aurora pleaded guilty to sex charges on Tuesday after perpetrating oral sexual conduct on a six-year-old child.
Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says Charles Ernst, 34, admitted to two counts of criminal sex act and faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 5.
