A suspected drunk driver is facing a number of felony charges following his arrest near the Peace Bridge in Buffalo.
State Police say 38 year old Gary Bishop was picked up after receiving complaints of an intoxicated driver.
Bishop has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years, which automatically upgrades the charge to a felony.
Here's a list of the charges:
  • Driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years; a class E felony
  • Operating a motor vehicle with .08% or more BAC with a previous conviction; a class E felony
  • Aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1st Degree; a class E felony
  • Operation of a leased or rented vehicle without an interlock device installed; a class A misdemeanor.
