A suspected drunk driver is facing charges under Leandra's Law.
State police say they arrested 37 year old Jason Green following a traffic stop on the Buffalo Street Extension in Jamestown last night.
Troopers say there were two minors in the car with him.
The children were turned over to a relative.
Green is charged with aggrevated DWI and for endangering the welfare of a child.
