A Randolph man found to be driving with a BAC of four times over the legal limit was arrested Thursday evening by Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies
Matt Shields, 33, was traveling south on Route 62 in the Town of Leon when his vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree, and rolled down an embankment into a creek near Coopers Road.
After an investigation, Shields, who was uninjured in the accident, was arrested for felony DWI and felony aggravated BAC of .18 percent.
Shields is due in the Town of Leon Court on March 14th.
