An overnight traffic stop in Dunkirk turned into a cocaine bust that landed a Fredonia man behind bars.
It was around 1:00 Thursday morning police pulled John Dewey over on Maple Avenue.
That's when they found a stash of high-purity cocaine powder, rocks, a scale and packaging material, and hundreds of dollars in cash in his car.
Police arrested Dewey and slapped him with five drug-related charges, including two felonies.
He's now being held without bail.
