A Dunkirk man is in the hospital with serious injuries after crashing his motorcycle into a guardrail Friday evening.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says 28-year-old Derek Deszcz passed a vehicle while riding on Route 83 in the Town of Villenova and lost control of his motorcycle and hit the guardrail.
Deputies say Deszcz was airlifted to a hospital.
Charges are pending, according to deputies.
