Today, Operation Safe Stop troopers arrested Kevin Herberger for DWI after he drove past a school bus with its red lights and stop sign displayed.
Herberger was stopped and the trooper noticed the smell of alcohol inside his vehicle.
Herberger failed several sobriety tests. He had a .15 BAC.
The officer wrote Herberger a ticket to appear in Town of Clarence later this month.
