The Erie County Sheriff's Office have identified 27-year-old Katherine Dudzic as the driver who wedged her car between a tree and the dwelling of a house on November 3rd.

That Friday around 7 p.m., dispatchers reported car crashed into a house on South Protection Road in Holland, and the driver was attempting to leave the scene.

When deputies arrived, they saw Dudzic's small SUV with serious frontend damage. The 27-year-old immediately showed signs of intoxication and tested a BAC nearly twice the legal limit.

Dudzic was arrested and charged with DWI, criminal mischief, and causing property damage greater than $250.

The house had foundation damage.

Police say she has since been released to a third party with court appearance tickets.
