State Police in Clarence responded to a car in a ditch Saturday and found the driver was drunk.
Troopers say they found Jose Jimenez, 21, in a ditch on Goodrich Road.
Jimenez failed field sobriety tests and refused to give a breath sample while being processed, according to officials.
State Police say Jimenez was charged with felony DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on an appearance ticket.
