BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Orchard Park Police responded to 18 Iroquois Dr. to serve arrest warrants out for Jeffrey Ciesla of Buffalo.
Upon arrival, police found Ciesla sleeping in the backseat of his car. When officers attempted to wake him, he began fighting with them and resisted arrest.
Eventually, they were able to subdue him using a Taser on multiple occasions. A crack pipe, a marijuana pipe, five needles and drug paraphernalia were confiscated when found in his possession.
OP Police charged him with resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Buffalo Police took Ciesla into custody on their outstanding warrants and sent him to the Erie County Holding Center.
