A Buffalo man drowned in Indian Falls Wednesday night.
New York State Police says 22-year-old Bradley Augustin of Buffalo died after jumping into the water. Police say he was celebrating his birthday with friends.
Friend and employees of The Log Cabin restaurant pulled him from the water and performed CPR.
Police ruled that foul play was not a factor.
An autopsy will be performed to determine if a medical situation or drugs and alcohol had any factor in the death.
Friends told police that Augustin wasn't a strong swimmer.
According to The Batavian, Augustin was under the water for 30 minutes. The report says about 30 people were in the water at the time of the incident.
Indian Falls is approximately 4 miles northeast of Pembroke, N.Y.
