Orchard Park Police report they have recently received several complaints about individuals going door-to-door offering to pave driveways.

According to Orchard Park Police, residents in Rochester, NY and Lower Saucon, PA have also complained about the individuals.

Back in March, LehighValleyLive.com reported three men -- Richard Attenborough, 19; John Williams Jr., 57; and Steve Castly-Lagerquist, 25 -- were charged with conspiracy to commit theft and soliciting without a license in the Lower Saucon Township.

The individuals have previously gone by the names "The Original John Williams Paving Company" and "Tri-State Paving" -- they tell homeowners that have been hired to do work on their driveway.

Check out their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website.

Police remind neighbors that all door-to-door solicitors are required to have a permit from the Town Clerk and register with local police.

Anyone having an issue with this crew should call the Detective Bureau at (716) 662-6475.
