A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to his role in a crash that killed a seven month-old girl.
D'andre Turner appeared in State Supreme Court on Friday, taking a plea deal to criminally negligent homicide, driving while under the influence of an illegal drug and two counts of assault.
Prosecutors say 43-year-old Turner hit Nyree Greene in June while Greene's mother and aunt were pushing her in a stroller on Moselle Street in Buffalo. Both women were hurt in the crash.
Turner faces a maximum of four years in prison when he is sentenced on December 12, 2016.
