Driver hits a house in overnight SUV crash

An accident on South Park Avenue early Tuesday morning resulted in a SUV hitting a house.

Police say just after 1 a.m. the SUV was driving north on the road when it hit another car, went up on the curve and then hit a house.

Police say a 41-year-old woman from Ellicottville was cited for reckless driving and failing to stop for a red light, among others.

The woman was taken to Erie County Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
