A man in Niagara County now faces Driving While Intoxicated charges after wrapping their car around a tree.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office says the crash happened Saturday morning on the 3400 block of Wilson Cambria Road in Wilson.
The driver walked away from the wreck with only minor injuries.
