New York State Police have arrested a person for DWI after they hit a guard rail on the 190 Southbound and wound up on the other side.
The vehicle rolled over a guardrail near the Niagara Falls Boulevard exit.
The driver took out a large portion of the guard rail. No one was hurt in the crash.
