For the second time in about 10 years, a car has crashed into the same restaurant in Cheektowaga.
Police say an elderly woman accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake Thursday afternoon and slammed into the Chinese restaurant in the Rite Aid Plaza at Union and Losson Road.
A worker inside the restaurant suffered minor injuries from flying glass. The driver was not hurt and is not expected to face charges.
