One of the four restaurants shut down following a raid by Immigration and Customs Enforcement is set to reopen in December.
The manager of La Divina, another restaurant shut down during the raid, confirms to 7 Eyewitness News that Don Tequila on Allen Street in Buffalo will reopen the second week of December, after remodeling work is completed.
Sergio Mucino, the owner and operator of the four restaurants, and two managers were arrested and charged with harboring undocumented workers in October.
There is still no date set for the reopening of Agave and El Agave. La Divina reopened in October.
