Several Buffalo restaurant employees have pleaded guilty to illegal reentry charges following a federal raid last fall. October's raid led to the closure of four Mexican restaurants in Western New York.

According to the District Attorney's Office, the six people are employees of Don Tequila and Agave. Prosecutors say Joel Hernandez-Martinez, 29, of Mexico, who worked at Don Tequila, faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced in April.

Miguel Sanchez-Ocampo, 40, of Mexico, who worked at El Agave, faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced at a later date.

Four defendants have each been sentenced to time served are now in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
