The topic of domestic violence is once again in the spotlight following the apparent murder-suicide of an Orchard Park couple.
Police say 53-year-old David Lewczyk shot and killed his girlfriend, 51-year-old Ruby Stiglmeir before taking his own life.
Police say Lewczyk was charged in a December 2015 domestic incident, in which Stiglmeir claimed her property was destroyed and set fire to, among other claims.
