Animal rescue worker Dianne Stirling  says Bella is one of the cutest dogs she has ever seen, but Bella struggles to walk.

"Her spine is curved and its cutting off the circulation to the legs and she cant feel her legs," she explained.

Bella, who was born with this disorder, was raised in a puppy mill, which Stirling says made things much worse for the 6-month-old puppy.

"You are in a tiny cage and you never get out. If she had been in a loving home, it would be different."

Now Stirling and Diamonds in the Ruff Animal Rescue are stepping in to raise money to give Bella the surgery she needs.

"What she needs is neurosurgery on her back to try and straighten out the spine," Stirling said

The MRI and consultation with doctors will cost $2,000, and the entire procedure will total at much more.

"The total surgery will be about $7,000 to $9,000," Stirling said.

They are raising money through GoFundMe.com and the Help Bella Walk Facebook page. They say Bella will never be fully recovered but the procedure will giver her a much improved quality of life.

"Every animal needs a chance. Like every person, animals are here for a reason. If everyone donated one dollar we would have $9,000, enough for the surgery."
