Chautauqua County investigators say a Pennsylvania woman was killed in a Sunday morning car crash in the Town of Carroll.
Few details are being released about the crash, but investigators say 39-year-old Chalise Hebner was killed on Ivory Road, about 3:00 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies say the Pittsfield, Pennsylvania woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
