Deputies find man passed out behind the wheel

Chautauqua County deputies responded to a call about an unconscious man in a car on Route 380 in the Town of Portland.
Deputies say Andrew Betts was behind the wheel and was allegedly drunk.
Betts was arrested for DWI and released on an appearance ticket.
