Ashley N. King of Depew was charged with DWI after police found her vehicle stuck on CSX railroad tracks on Wheeler Street in the City of Tonawanda.

The 30-year-old woman had a .13 BAC and told officers she was at a local bar at a bachelorette party.

She was charged with DWI, operating a vehicle over .08, and failure to keep right.

Officers had train traffic stopped and passersby helped get the vehicle off the crossing.

King is being held on $250 bail.
