26 Year old Sarah Skotnicki of Depew  pleaded guilty in State Supreme Court today to criminally negligent homicide.

The district attorney's office claims Skotnicki was high on "difloroethane", a chemical found in Endust furniture polish, when she crashed her car head-on into another vehicle on French road last September.  72 year old Carol Dion was killed in the crash.

Police say Skotnicki was "huffing", a term used when people inhale volatile substances to get high.  They later determined the can of Endust had been stolen from the Target store on Walden Avenue.

Sentencing is now set for late April, Skotnicki could face up to 4 years in state prison.
