A portion of Delaware Avenue in North Buffalo was closed overnight as police investigated a crash.
It happened around 1 a.m. near 2525 Delaware Avenue. Police say a North Tonawanda man driving a van crossed into the southbound lanes and collided with a vehicle,
The driver of the van went to Erie County Medical Center by Rural Metro Medical Services. He was treated and released.
Delaware Avenue between Hartwell Road and Tocoma Avenue was closed to traffic for good portion of the overnight hours as the Buffalo Police Accident Investigation Unit recreated the crash.
Police say at this time, no charges have been filed, but the accident remains under investigation.
