Police say a deer caused a deadly crash in Orleans County.
The sheriff's office says 39 year old Brian Arnett hit the animal along Eagle Harbor Road in the Town of Gaines just before 5 o'clock this morning.
The vehicle then left the road, struck a ditch and rolled over several times.
Arnett was ejected from the vehicle, and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say speed may have been a factor.
