Police in Dunkirk have identified a man who was hit and killed Tuesday night near Main and East Second Street in the city.
Investigators say 66 year-old Reinaldo Pacheco Rico was struck around 8pm. He was rushed to Brooks Memorial Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say they are continuing their investigation. At this point no charges have been filed agaist the driver involved
