One person is dead after a tractor-trailer collision on I-86 in the Town of Cuba Tuesday morning. State Police say 41-year-old Kyle Willis was trying to repair his disabled truck, which was partially in the roadway, when he was hit by another truck.
Willis, who is from Ohio, was taken to Olean General Hospital where he died from his injuries.
The crash shut down part off Interstate 86 during the Tuesday morning commute.
State Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
