State police are investigating a deadly crash on Lockport Road in Wheatfield.
Troopers tell 7 Eyewitness News one person died when a tractor-trailer and car collided around 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of Lockport Road and Hoover Road.
Troopers say the driver of the car, 71-year-old Randall M. Burd, of North Tonawanda, died at the scene.
Lockport Road is reopen between Nash and Ward.
Troopers say this is an ongoing investigation.
